I recently heard about this thing called a "bath stone", with brands such as Dorai and Sutera. They are made of diatomaceous earth and supposedly are anti microbial and dry in seconds. This is supposed to make them last indefinitely, unlike regular bath mats that need to be frequently washed and can degrade or get moldy.
Does anyone know anything about the softer/flexible diatomaceous earth bath mats I've seen advertised recently? Hi all, saw an ad for a stone/diatomaceous earth bathroom mat on instagram and got interested in them. They all claim they evaporate water faster rather than absorbing water like cloth mats, preventing mold.
