Natural botanicals like juniper, coriander, clove, cinnamon, orange peel and cardamom are left to infuse with the pure grain spirit to give this gin its complex flavour. To produce this intense expression, the Ableforth's folks crack open every botanical before cold-compounding, letting the botanicals release more flavour. It's bottled at 57% ABV, or at Navy. These special M&S gins change colour when tonic is added to them.
