To me it has as much to do with Schizophrenia as Tyler Durden from Fight Club does. To my perspective, Words of a Bathroom Wall is basically "Susan can't see anything, therefore she is deaf". Words on Bathroom Walls respectfully gives a voice to those who, despite coping with schizophrenia, yearn to be heard, understood, and loved.
